Venue

The workshop will take place in the DMI Auditorium on the ground floor next to the cafeteria. On arrival everyone should register at the reception (see figure below) where you will be received by a member of the DMI stuff.

Hotels in Copenhagen

DMI is quite close to the center of Copenhagen with lots of hotels. We suggest to use some online web hotel reservation service (http://hotels.com, http://hrs.com). Try to book hotels near the center and use the S-train to get to DMI. Prices between 800 and 1000 DKR (per person and night) are typical. This hotel has reasonable prices and is only 3 S-train stops from Ryparken away where DMI is located.

Maps, Google Map, Transportation

A live map of the train system can be found here (Java Runtime Environment plugin needed). København H, Vesterport, and Nørreport are in the center. Østerport is slightly north of the center. The Metro ride from the Airport to Nørreport station is about 15 minutes. Tickets for the Metro are valid on the S-trains inside Copenhagen's city center (including the trip to Ryparken/DMI).
